It’s been a while since I’ve sent out a note. Crazy times, eh? It’s a good time for kindness and patience and gardening. I am so grateful to be home on Prince Edward Island this summer but it feels weird not to be doing shows… for the first time in four decades. Happy fall! Today was a great day for apple picking, my 92-year-old mom and I went to a local orchard where old varieties are on offer. I like to preserve a big supply of apple butter. Tomorrow we turn the water off at Rock Barra Retreat for the winter.
